A government agency managed grants across multiple programs using disconnected spreadsheets and legacy systems — resulting in delayed disbursements, process gaps, and limited public transparency.

What We Built

We built a configurable portal framework supporting multi-entity grant management with a formula-driven apportionment engine that automates funding distribution. The platform handles data collection, validation, workflow automation, and public transparency portals. Built Azure-native with zero vendor lock-in, enabling the agency to maintain and extend independently.
