The Problem

A state education agency needed to consolidate district and school data into a unified analytics platform — with drill-down capabilities from statewide metrics to student-level insights.

What We Built

We implemented a medallion data architecture (Raw → Bronze → Silver → Gold) to ingest and harmonize enrollment, assessment, financial, and accountability data from disparate district systems. An AI analytics engine trained against the gold-layer data powers natural language querying. Role-based access ensures teachers see student-level data, principals see school-wide trends, and state officials see aggregate metrics. Data governance automations enforce quality checks, policy controls, and auditable access workflows at every level.
